JessEm Mast-R-Lift With Medium Plate

The Mast-R-Lift was designed for the most popular router motor on the market the Porter-Cable 7518 (3.5" diameter motors will fit with an appropriate adapter, sold separately). Each turn of the crank precisely raises the bit 1/16". The calibrated gauge makes it easy to make incremental adjustments as fine as 1/512" (less than 0.002").

Mite-R-Slide™

Engineered to perform precise square or angled cope cuts, crosscuts and more, the Mite-R-Slide offers greatly improved performance and increased precision over similar cuts made with a standard gauge. (Primary fence not included.)

Mast-R-Lift Excel and Steel Stand

• Easily attach this JessEm Steel Router Table Stand to the Mast-R-Top or Mast-R-Lift Excel Router Table Tops for a complete and incredibly strong router table.
• Assembly is simple, and it includes riveted steel nuts to accept the bolts needed for assembly.

Excel Table Top

• A micro-adjust dial can be independently set to "zero" to display adjustments as intricate as .001".
• Extremely precise adjustments to the router bit cutting height can now be performed faster and easier than ever before.
• Another unique Excel innovation is an integrated 2-1/2" dust port that is machined into the lift's housing underneath the table top.
• It allows you to vacuum out the chips just as they are cut by the router bit.
• When mounted to a router table, your router's motor is positioned upside-down leaving the internal motor vulnerable to an accumulation of dust and pitch deposits.

• This new design removes the chips before they can reach the router, ultimately prolonging the life of the motor through more efficient chip extraction.
• The phenolic top includes a new Mast-R-Trac™with a Miter Track in between two 1/4"-20 T-Tracks.
• The lift mechanism is raised and lowered by an offset right-angle gearbox positioned in the right front corner, under the table top.
• The Mast-R-Lift Excel will accept the Porter-Cable Model 7518 router right out of the box, and accepts other routers, with cylindrical motor housings, with the use of a reducer collar listed below.
• An insert ring with a 2" diameter center hole, insert ring wrench, starting pin and hex key wrench are included.

JessEm Phenolic Router Table Top

Both tops feature a pair of unique devices called “snuggers”, which are adjusted to achieve just the right fit with these inserts. Abundant setscrews line the opening perimeter for leveling any router insert. Tops are predrilled for the Mast-R-Fence and Router Table Stand, sold separately.
