Superior Quality Solid Hardwood Drawers |

Superior quality, solid hardwood, accurately and expertly machined custom dovetail drawers. Constructed of 5/8" thick Lenga, referred to as Fireland Cherry, a close grain wood that resembles American Cherry, but is plantation grown in South America. Drawers are machined with 9/16", half blind dovetails that are one inch on center.
Drawer bottoms are made from 1/4" Baltic Birch plywood and fit snugly into the grooved inside perimeter of the drawer. Reveal on the bottom of the drawer will accommodate the new under mount slides available on the market today.
Shipped knocked-down, ready-to-assemble. Just glue and clamp together.
How to Order these Custom Dovetailed Drawers:
Drawer price is based on height and perimeter in inches. Use the following formula to figure your price per drawer. Add the exterior drawer width and depth and then multiply by 2, giving you the linear inches of the perimeter of the drawer. Multiply this number by the linear inch cost that corresponds to the height of the drawer. Example: A drawer that is 4" H x 12" W x 22" D will cost $37.40. Enter the measurments for your drawer on the order pages provided through the links above using the example as your guide. Per linear inch prices are given below. NOTE: there is a minimum of 50 linear inches per drawer. Prices are rounded up to the nearest inch. Delivery time is approximately 7-10 working days. Questions? Pre-Cut Drawer Sides & Bottoms |

Making drawers? Take a tip from the pros and use these pre-cut components to cut your project construction time and quite possibly save a few dollars as well. Our drawer sides are pre-finished and have a rounded top that provides a decorative edge. Both are 1/2" thick slotted 1/4" to accept the drawer bottom and 60" in length. Drawer bottoms are 1/4" cabinet grade birch and pre-finished on one side. |

BLUM Tandem and Solo Drawer Slides |

Blum’s concealed drawer slides mount directly underneath the drawer showing off the craftsmanship of construction in particular dovetailed joints instead of compromising their appearances with bulky hardware. Both systems can be used on face frame or frameless cabinets and include complete mounting instructions.
- (A) Tandem is the top-of-the line series of fully concealed drawer slides and are full extension self-closing with zinc plated steel construction.

Veneered Hardwood Plywood |

Cut to convenient sizes for the cabinetmaker, our veneered hardwood plywood is suitable for doors, drawer bottoms and fronts, end panels, as well as a variety of other applications. ANSI grade is A1. The face grade of 'A' designates excellent appearance, important in cabinet and furniture applications. The grade of '1', for the back, is the most restrictive with all openings repaired and vertical worm holes not larger than 1.6 mm. All hardwood core, sheets are 24" x 32". |
