This 10' x 16' Colonial-style Design has an optional partition so it can serve double duty as a storage/potting shed and children’s play space — or any other combination you demand! Plan # 38415 features a design that uses (T-111) plywood siding. This plan features three large windows, and each room has a pair of double doors on the side and gable end that opens to the outside so you don’t have to go through one room to get to another. Separate areas measure approximately 4' x 10' and 11' x 10'.
