 We have had several requests for a custom-made military hat box and this design seems to be the one most clients request. This is what we call a 3/4" Flat Lid box with an interlocking lid ... a somewhat basic design. But by adding inlay dovetail joints and contrasting panels on the sides and in the lid, the box is transformed into a really nice decorative box, one to be treasured for years to come!
 You can alter the specifications to whatever works best for your hat and personal tastes, including the inside dimensions, different wood species, corner joints, edges, hardware, basic style, etc. We offer you the freedom to design your own box and we will build it according to your unique specifications. We have also had requests for hat boxes with a Plexiglas™ front window ... for viewing your hat while inside the box up on a shelf. |
