 This New JET Mini-Lathe replaces the popular JML-1014. Without changing the basic reliable lathe, Jet has added arbor locks and indexing. This lathe is a powerful cast iron machine for smaller projects.

The headstock is driven by a 1/2 HP motor with six speed selections to choose from and comes with several accessories included that are optional on other machines. This model is also machined on the tailstock end to accept the JET 20-inch bed extention that is available.
The Mini Lathe stand #708354 and the bed extension #708355 will still fit this new Mini-Lathe. |

 This 10" x 14" woodworking Mini Lathe has all the same specs as JML-1014 except this unit has variable speed that ranges from 500-3900 RPM and new festures of arbor locks and indexing.
The 1/2 HP motor, the heavy duty all cast iron head and bed, 3/3" spindle hole, the 10" swing and the 14" bed length. Even the weight of 69 pounds net is the same.
You will have the ease of a variable speed spindle that is controlled on the front of the switch. The tailstock contains a live center with a full 2" ram capacity. This model is machined on the end so it will also accept the mini-lathe bed extension. |
Model # JWL-1442VSK
 This new heavy-duty wood lathe will outperform other lathes in its class. It is constructed of cast iron that adds weight for durability and stability and will help eliminate andy possible vibration. The head offers an 8-speed setting from 450 to 3000 rpm that will allow the user to work more comfortably wisth any size piece of stock. The head will move anywhere along the ways allowing the user to position the headstock where they need to. |
The Vega Lathe Duplicator

For anyone who has to make more than a single turned object, duplicators are almost essential to a good job. Most tables, for example, look more professionally done when all the legs match. If you're making a production run of pens for advertising or other purposes, getting them as close to alike as possible, and doing the job as fast as possible, is important. |
 These three Lathe Duplicators cover mini and midi lathes, and full-sized lathes with swings up to 16". A narrow diamond shaped HSS cutter is included with each duplicator and replacement cutters are available. The Diamond V Kit adapts the duplicator to use solid carbide inserts for production situations where frequent sharpening of the cutter is necessary. Each insert is two-sided and replacement inserts are available.
The Midi Duplicator is designed to fit almost any midi or mini lathe on the market and copies parts up to 10" long (there is a 24" version available, too). A nice feature of the Vega is that you retain the option to use hand tools to finish the work or to make changes the Duplicator can either be removed, or mounted on the back of the lathe with the cutter upside down. |
